Raw Cacao
The Seed of the Gods

Revered by the ancient Mayans and Aztecs, raw cacao was known as the “Food of the Gods.” Beyond its modern transformation into chocolate lies a powerful, heart-opening plant spirit — one that energizes, grounds, and inspires. Rich in magnesium, iron, and theobromine, it enhances circulation, mood, and deepens our connection to the present moment.

In our own rituals, we melt raw cacao into sacred brews — stirred with rose, cinnamon, or chili, offered on the breath of intention. It becomes medicine when sipped slowly, allowing the warmth to soften the chest and awaken the heart. We’ve also used cacao in body balms and oils, as a nourishing element for both skin and spirit.

Energetically, cacao is linked to the heart chakra. It invites vulnerability, connection, emotional release, and joy. It is not a stimulant in the way coffee is — it is a clarifier. A warm embrace. A sacred companion.
