I stopped drinking from pipes and started filling my bottles at a natural spring.
I saw how every bite was either a blessing or a burden.

And slowly, I began to remember: I’m not meant to live the way “they” want me to.
I’m meant to heal.
To thrive.
To reclaim the sacred body that’s always been mine.
